1. How do I get a Yield Book Calculator?
Step 1. Register for a Calculator User ID and Password by going to our registration page.
Step 2. Install the software by going to our installation
page.
Step 3. Start the Calculator from the icon created for you during installation,
from a link on Salomon Direct, or click Run from our website.

2. Can I have more than one Calculator User ID?
Yes. Just keep in mind that each Calculator User ID and password is treated as
a separate account, and is billed as a second license.

3. I did not receive an email with my user ID/password after
registering.
Shortly after your registration, you should receive a temporary Calculator password.
The User ID will not be in this email since you defined it yourself on the registration
page. If you do not receive this email, please first check to see that you have
entered the correct email address and that your email server is working. If you
still have not received this email, please email us at calcsupport@yieldbook.com,
with your name, phone number and your Calculator User ID.
Note: When you receive your temporary password via email, click the link provided
in the email to change your password to one that you can remember.

4. I forgot my password.
If you forgot your password, start the Calculator and at the login screen, click "Forgot
password." A new password will automatically be sent to your default email address.

5. How do I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking the link in your original email containing
your temporary password or start the Calculator and go to the Setup icon at the
top of the Yield Book Calculator. Click "Change Password". You will have to enter
your old password and then define a new password.
