1. I downloaded the setup file, but I cannot find it. What do I do?
Most likely you have saved the setup file in your browser's default save directory, which may vary from computer to computer.
You can either download the setup file again, this time, specifically designating the directory as your "desktop" or you can
use the find file tool on your computer to locate the setup file (US/Europe - YBSetup.exe, Asia - YBCSetupAsia.exe). If you
decide to download the setup file again, make sure to choose "Desktop" when asked which directory to save the file to. After the
download, you will see a new icon, called "YBSetup.exe" on your desktop. Double click this icon, which will start the installer.

2. What are the installation procedures for Citigroup users?
PCs within Citigroup are generally configured with the Standard Operating Environment
(SOE) which requires the installation of "wrapped" applications.If you have a
SOE PC, please contact your Technical Support Representative and request that
the Yield Book Calculator be installed on your PC.
- For employees in the US and Europe, the application wrap ID is JWSt1050.
- For employees in Asia (and those requiring the International version of the JRE) the application wrap ID is JWStA130.
If you do not have an SOE PC you can download and install the Calculator from our web site. Note: Unfortunately, NEXTGEN users cannot install the calculator onto their PCs at this time.

3. Can I install the Calculator onto a NEXTGEN PC?
No, unfortunately the Calculator cannot be installed on NEXTGEN PCs at this time.

4. Why does it take a long time to download the Yield Book Calculator installer?
Download time depends on your corporate firewall and the amount of internet traffic. Try downloading when internet traffic is less or contact your network administrators.

5. I need the Installation Guide and User Guide in Japanese.
Go to the Install page and click on "Installation Guide (Japanese)" and
"User Guide (Japanese)" at the bottom of the page to download the PDF documents.
