One month free trial plus twelve months for the initial term
with an annual renewal period. |

| Billing Terms |
Invoice for annual service will be emailed 15 days into your
trial period. Payment is due at the start of the initial term and is non-refundable. Only US dollar check or
wire transfer accepted.
Automatic renewal occurs unless we are notified of cancellation. Payment is due at the start of the renewal term. |
