Do you ever find yourself struggling to keep track of numerous files on several Yield Book licenses? Customers now have an easy way to compare files across multiple licenses. The Catalog will tell you the date the file was last modified and whether that file is the same as on other licenses. Customers can now easily drill down to see which accounts are missing files, as well as whether or not all files are consistent across accounts.

The following is a list of files you can compare across accounts:

• Batch Files
• User Equations
• Scenarios
• Report Templates
• Report Packages
• Sector Files

The Catalog generates matrix reports in which the rows are the file types and names and the columns are Yield Book Licenses. The customer specifies which account will be used as a reference for the other accounts. Within the matrix, the modified date is returned. If the file is identical to the one on the reference account, “OK” is returned (rather than the modified date). If the file is different from the one on the reference account but the same as that on another account, the other account’s name is returned.
