The provisions set forth in the Terms of Use that apply to Citigroup and/or its websites and your use thereof shall also apply to the Citigroup affiliates known as The Yield Book Inc. and Citigroup Index LLC, and/or its website and your use thereof, except for those provisions set forth under the headings of "Trademarks" and "Other Intellectual Property."

The Yield Book Inc. licenses access to The Yield Book, a fixed income portfolio analytic system only to institutional customers. Citigroup Index LLC licenses access to a set of fixed income indices only to institutional customers. The Yield Book Inc. and Citigroup Index LLC receive various services from, and are affiliates of, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. IMPORTANT: When using The Yield Book, keep in mind that the projections or other information generated thereby regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Furthermore, results may vary with each use and over time.
